Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours and delivered within 7 to 10 business days in the United States. International orders take 10 to 15 business days.

How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is $6.99 on US orders under $50. US orders of $50 or more ship free. International shipping is a flat $5.99.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. You will get the tracking link by email, and you can also use our Track Order page.

Returns

What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on unused products. Details in our Refund Policy.

Ambry VIP Membership

What does the membership include?
50% member pricing on all Ambry products in the VIP Club, priority support, expedited processing, early access to launches and exclusive member offers.

How much does it cost and how am I billed?
$39.99 USD every 30 days, charged to the payment method you used at checkout, until you cancel. You get an email 5 to 7 days before each charge and a receipt after it. There is no free trial and nothing is pre-selected.

How do I cancel?
Any time, in three ways: from your customer account, by emailing support@ambryco.com with the subject "Cancel Membership", or through our Cancel My Membership page. No phone call required. Full terms in the Subscription Policy.

Can I get a refund on a membership charge?
Yes, within 14 days of the billing date. Email us with your order email and we review it case by case.
